1.守時(shí)檢測(cè)自動(dòng)變速箱油液狀況

主動(dòng)變速箱的壽數(shù)和性能與其間的油量有很大的聯(lián)系，，假如油量少，則會(huì)致使各控制閥和執(zhí)行元件操作失靈，假如油量多，則離合器泄油不暢，致使離合器和制動(dòng)分離不完全以及構(gòu)成換擋沖擊等故障。

檢測(cè)方法：將油預(yù)熱到50℃擺布，再將擋位桿在各擋位逗留2秒鐘，更終置于停車(chē)擋，假如此時(shí)油面處于油尺與線之間，則正常，無(wú)需增減。
Detection method: preheat the oil to 50 ℃, then put the gear lever in each gear for 2 seconds, and finally put it in the parking gear. If the oil level is between the highest and the lowest line of the dipstick, it is normal and does not need to be increased or decreased.

緣由：當(dāng)變速箱作業(yè)中時(shí)，油溫通常高達(dá)120℃擺布，且變速箱油運(yùn)用長(zhǎng)期后會(huì)發(fā)生油垢，構(gòu)成油泥，將會(huì)加大各摩擦片和各部件的磨損，影響體系油壓和動(dòng)力傳遞。而選用高質(zhì)量的油不只可以使作業(yè)狀況更加的好，并且因?yàn)橛偷馁|(zhì)量高，發(fā)生的雜質(zhì)少，對(duì)主動(dòng)變速箱有利。
