1.通過試車確定故障的大致方向

(1)如果油門加得越慢,沖擊越大,這種情況顯然不符合換擋控制邏輯,因此故障原因在信號(hào)方面,需要重點(diǎn)檢查節(jié)氣門位置信號(hào)和車速信號(hào)。
(1) If the throttle is applied slowly and the impact is greater, this situation obviously does not conform to the shift control logic. Therefore, the cause of the fault lies in the signal aspect, and it is necessary to focus on checking the throttle position signal and vehicle speed signal.
(2)如果每個(gè)擋都沖擊,故障原因就在公共部分,包括油泵、閥體、主油路調(diào)節(jié)閥、節(jié)氣門傳感器、車速傳感器以及控制模塊。
(2) If every gear is impacted, the cause of the malfunction lies in the common parts, including the oil pump, valve body, main oil regulating valve, throttle sensor, vehicle speed sensor, and control module.
(3)如果只是個(gè)別擋沖擊,故障原因應(yīng)該在與該擋相關(guān)的部件上。

一輛2010款北京現(xiàn)代悅動(dòng)汽車,行駛里程26000km,在行駛中自動(dòng)變速器出現(xiàn)沖擊現(xiàn)象,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)故障指示燈(它與變速器故障指示燈合二為一)點(diǎn)亮。連接故障診斷儀,查詢到變速器控制單元存儲(chǔ)有故障碼P0743,含義為DCC電磁閥對(duì)地?cái)嗦罚瑪?shù)據(jù)流顯示變速器鎖定在三擋。給DCC電磁閥通電試驗(yàn),沒有工作的聲音,給其他4個(gè)電磁閥通電都工作正常,說明DCC電磁閥已經(jīng)損壞。

3.檢查變速器油壓是否過高或過低

自動(dòng)變速器換擋沖擊的一個(gè)常見原因是油壓不正常。以A341 E型自動(dòng)變速器(凌志400汽車采用)為例,在怠速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)條件下,D位時(shí)主油路的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)油壓為0.382~0.441 M Pa,R位時(shí)主油路的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)油壓為0.579~0.657MPa。
A common cause of gear shift shock in automatic transmissions is abnormal oil pressure. Taking the A341 E-type automatic transmission (adopted by the Lexus 400 car) as an example, under idle operation conditions, the standard oil pressure of the main oil circuit is 0.382-0.441 MPa in the D position and 0.579-0.657MPa in the R position.

如果多個(gè)擋位出現(xiàn)換擋沖擊,說明主油壓過高,需要檢查節(jié)氣門位置傳感器(TPS)的信號(hào)是否失常,還要檢查加速踏板位置傳感器、離合器速度傳感器、電子節(jié)氣門的工作情況。如果節(jié)氣門的開度信號(hào)與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速、車速之間不匹配,出現(xiàn)換擋沖擊就在所難免了。
If there is shift shock in multiple gears, it indicates that the main oil pressure is too high. It is necessary to check whether the signal of the throttle position sensor (TPS) is abnormal, and also check the working condition of the accelerator pedal position sensor, clutch speed sensor, and electronic throttle. 輸入軸轉(zhuǎn)速傳感器負(fù)責(zé)將渦輪軸的轉(zhuǎn)速信號(hào)傳輸給TCM,以控制管路壓力、變速器換擋模式以及變矩器離合器的結(jié)合與釋放。輸入軸轉(zhuǎn)速信號(hào)同時(shí)用來近似計(jì)算工作齒輪的傳動(dòng)比以及變矩器離合器的打滑量。如果輸入軸轉(zhuǎn)速傳感器的機(jī)械裝配、相互位置、線路連接或者信號(hào)傳送方面出現(xiàn)問題,就會(huì)導(dǎo)致?lián)Q擋沖擊現(xiàn)象。
The input shaft speed sensor is responsible for transmitting the speed signal of the turbine shaft to the TCM to control pipeline pressure, transmission shift mode, and the engagement and release of the torque converter clutch.
