手動式換檔試驗就是說將電機控制自動變速器全部換檔電磁閥的整車線束電源插頭所有脫開,這時ECU不可以根據(jù)換檔電磁閥來操縱換檔,自動變速器的換檔在于變速桿的部位。不一樣車系的電機控制自動變速器在脫開換檔電磁閥整車線束電源插頭后擋位和變速桿部位的關(guān)聯(lián)不一致。

手動式換檔試驗的目地是明確常見故障存有的位置,區(qū)別常見故障是由機械設(shè)備、液壓傳動系統(tǒng)還是由電子器件自動控制系統(tǒng)造成的。手動式換檔試驗應(yīng)在載入故障碼和進行自動變速器基礎(chǔ)查驗后開展。
The purpose of manual shift test is to identify the location of common faults and distinguish whether the common faults are caused by mechanical equipment, hydraulic transmission system or automatic control system of electronic devices. Manual shift test shall be carried out after loading fault code and basic inspection of automatic transmission.

The process of manual shift test is as follows:
①脫開電子器件操縱自動變速器的全部換檔電磁閥整車線束電源插頭。
① Disconnect all shift solenoid valves of automatic transmission operated by electronic devices and the power plug of vehicle harness.
②啟動柴油發(fā)動機,將變速桿撥至不一樣部位,隨后做路面試驗(還可以將主動輪懸在空中,開展臺架試驗)。
② Start the diesel engine, shift the gear lever to different positions, and then do the road test (the driving wheel can also be suspended in the air to carry out the bench test).

⑤試驗完畢后,接好電磁閥整車線束電源插頭。
⑤ After the test, connect the harness power plug of solenoid valve.
⑥消除電腦上中的故障碼,避免因脫開電磁閥整車線束電源插頭而造成的故障碼儲存在電腦上中,危害自動變速器的常見故障自確診工作中。
⑥ Eliminate the fault code in the computer, avoid the fault code caused by disconnecting the power plug of the whole vehicle harness of the solenoid valve to be stored in the computer, and endanger the self diagnosis of common faults of the automatic transmission.
