Drain the oil from the gearbox

從車(chē)輛上拆下變速箱之前，應(yīng)先排出箱內(nèi)的油液。

Before removing the gearbox from the vehicle, the oil inside the gearbox should be drained first.

1.拆下油底殼上的放油塞。檢查排出的油液是否被污染，重新安裝放油塞。

1. Remove the oil drain plug on the oil pan. Check if the discharged oil is contaminated and reinstall the drain plug.

2.如果變速箱加油管妨礙變速箱拆卸，則將其拆下。及時(shí)將主殼體上的加油管孔堵住，防止污物進(jìn)入變速箱。

2. If the transmission oil filler pipe hinders the disassembly of the transmission, remove it. Timely plug the oil filling pipe hole on the main housing to prevent dirt from entering the gearbox.

3.斷開(kāi)變速箱上的所有液壓管路。如果這些管路妨礙變速箱拆卸，可將其從車(chē)輛上拆下。堵上所有的管路開(kāi)口，防止污物進(jìn)入液壓系統(tǒng)。

3. Disconnect all hydraulic pipelines on the transmission. If these pipelines hinder the disassembly of the transmission, they can be removed from the vehicle. Plug all pipeline openings to prevent dirt from entering the hydraulic system.

4.濟(jì)南自動(dòng)變速箱維修人員認(rèn)為，如果使用集成的冷卻器，應(yīng)排干冷卻器中的冷卻液并斷開(kāi)冷卻液軟管。如果這些軟管妨礙變速箱拆卸，可將其從車(chē)輛上拆下。堵上所有管路開(kāi)口，防止污物進(jìn)入冷卻系統(tǒng)。

4. Jinan automatic transmission maintenance personnel believe that if an integrated cooler is used, the coolant in the cooler should be drained and the coolant hose disconnected. If these hoses hinder the disassembly of the transmission, they can be removed from the vehicle. Plug all pipeline openings to prevent dirt from entering the cooling system.

二斷開(kāi)控制系統(tǒng)

Two Disconnect Control System

1.斷開(kāi)或完全拆下控制系統(tǒng)。如果沒(méi)有從變速箱上拆下控制系統(tǒng)，將它們放在不會(huì)干擾變速箱拆卸的位置。

1. Disconnect or completely remove the control system. If the control system has not been removed from the transmission, place them in a position that will not interfere with transmission disassembly.

2.斷開(kāi)外部線束與變速箱線束接口的連接。松開(kāi)變速箱上固定20針變速箱線束接頭的螺栓。防止污物或潮氣進(jìn)入斷開(kāi)的接頭。放好線束，使之不妨礙變速箱拆卸。

2. Disconnect the external wiring harness from the transmission wiring harness interface. Loosen the bolts that secure the 20-pin transmission harness connector on the transmission. Prevent dirt or moisture from entering the disconnected connector. Place the wiring harness so that it does not hinder the disassembly of the transmission.

3.如果配備了緩速器，則需斷開(kāi)緩速器與儲(chǔ)能器之間的液壓管路。

If equipped with a retarder, it is necessary to disconnect the hydraulic pipeline between the retarder and the accumulator.

三斷開(kāi)變速箱與傳動(dòng)系、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和車(chē)輛的連接

Disconnect the transmission from the transmission, engine, and vehicle three times

1.從變速箱輸出法蘭盤(pán)或輸出叉上拆離車(chē)輛傳動(dòng)軸，將拆離的傳動(dòng)軸放在適當(dāng)?shù)奈恢?，以免妨礙變速箱的拆卸。

1. Remove the vehicle transmission shaft from the transmission output flange or output fork, and place the detached transmission shaft in a suitable position to avoid hindering the disassembly of the transmission.

2.如果配備有PTO，請(qǐng)斷開(kāi)以下PTO連接：PTO液壓軟管、由PTO提供動(dòng)力的設(shè)備驅(qū)動(dòng)軸。

2. If equipped with PTO, please disconnect the following PTO connections: PTO hydraulic hose, equipment drive shaft powered by PTO.

3.如果發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)——變速箱組合體的后支撐點(diǎn)位于變速箱兩側(cè)的安裝座上，可以在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)下面放置一個(gè)千斤頂或其它支撐物。

If the rear support points of the engine transmission combination are located on the mounting seats on both sides of the transmission, a jack or other support can be placed under the engine.
