我們先來看一個例子:一個風(fēng)扇通上電,對著另一個沒通電的風(fēng)扇猛吹,這個時候那個風(fēng)扇扇葉肯定也會被吹動。而TC,工作原理就是那么簡單。

The power source of the valve body is the hydraulic pressure transmitted by the transmission oil. We know that the magnitude of liquid pressure is closely related to the viscosity of the liquid. If there is a significant change in viscosity, all matching and calculations made during the design phase will be ineffective.
這也是長期使用后的變速箱,都會出現(xiàn)換擋頓挫,而換過變速箱油后,情況就會明顯改善的原因——換油前,老油的粘度已經(jīng)無法和新油相比;換油后則恢復(fù)到設(shè)計時的理想狀態(tài)。
This is also the reason why gearboxes that have been used for a long time will experience shifting jerks, and after changing the transmission oil, the situation will significantly improve - before changing the oil, the viscosity of the old oil can no longer be compared to the new oil; After changing the oil, it will return to the ideal state as designed.
在一些極端的案例中,用錯了變速箱油,還會導(dǎo)致變速箱的燒毀。因為不僅僅是粘度經(jīng)過仔細計算、匹配,散熱也是經(jīng)過精心設(shè)計的。

如果變速箱油的承載熱量的能力過強或過弱,都會導(dǎo)致散熱機構(gòu)效能降低,從而影響散熱,導(dǎo)致變速箱燒毀。
If the heat carrying capacity of the transmission oil is too strong or too weak, it will lead to a decrease in the efficiency of the heat dissipation mechanism, thereby affecting heat dissipation and causing the transmission to burn out.
