一、自動變速器異響部分汽車在行駛過程中,自動變速器內有異響聲或者汽車行駛中自動變速器有異響,停車掛空擋后異響消失。故障排除:這情況一般是由于油泵磨損過度或自動變速器油面高度過低、過高而產(chǎn)生異響;液離變矩器因鎖止離合器、導輪單向離合器等損壞產(chǎn)生異響;行星齒輪機構異響;換檔執(zhí)行元件異響。
1、 Automatic transmission abnormal noise: During the driving process of a car, there may be abnormal noises inside the automatic transmission or during the driving process, and the abnormal noises disappear after parking and shifting to neutral. Troubleshooting: This situation is generally caused by excessive wear of the oil pump or abnormal noise caused by the automatic transmission oil level being too low or too high; The hydraulic torque converter produces abnormal noise due to damage to the lock up clutch, guide wheel one-way clutch, etc; Abnormal noise from planetary gear mechanism; Gear shift actuator makes abnormal noise.
二、自動變速器油易變質這種情況一般由于更換后的新自動變速器油使用不久后變質;自動變速器溫度太高,加油口處冒煙。故障排除:這種情況一般由于汽車使用不當,經(jīng)常超負荷行駛,如經(jīng)常用于拖車或經(jīng)常急加速行駛等;自動變速器油散熱器管堵塞;自動變速器油散熱器的限壓閥卡滯;離合器或制動器自由間隙太大;主油路油壓太低,離合器或制動器打滑。
2、 Automatic transmission oil is prone to deterioration, which is generally due to the deterioration of the newly replaced automatic transmission oil shortly after use; The temperature of the automatic transmission is too high, and smoke is coming from the fuel filler. Troubleshooting: This situation is generally caused by improper use of the car, often overloading, such as frequent use for towing or frequent rapid acceleration driving; Automatic transmission oil radiator pipe blockage; The pressure limiting valve of the automatic transmission oil radiator is stuck; The free clearance of the clutch or brake is too large; The main oil pressure is too low, causing the clutch or brake to slip.
三、自動變速器不能強制降擋舉個例子;如以三擋或超速擋行駛時,突然將加速踏板踩到底,自動變速器不能立即降低一個擋位,致使汽車加速無力。故障排除:節(jié)氣門拉索或節(jié)氣門位置傳感器調整不當;強制降擋開關損壞或安裝不當;強制降擋電磁閥損壞或線路短路;閥板中的強制降擋控制閥卡滯。
3、 The automatic transmission cannot downshift forcefully, for example; When driving in third gear or overdrive, if the accelerator pedal is suddenly pressed all the way down, the automatic transmission cannot immediately lower one gear, causing the car to accelerate weakly. Troubleshooting: Improper adjustment of throttle cable or throttle position sensor; Damaged or improperly installed forced downshift switch; The forced downshift solenoid valve is damaged or the circuit is short circuited; The forced downshift control valve in the valve plate is stuck.
四、掛擋后發(fā)動機怠速易熄火發(fā)動機怠速運轉時將換擋操縱手柄由P位或N位換入R位、D位、3位、2位、1位時發(fā)動機熄火;在前進擋或倒擋行駛中,踩下制動踏板停車時發(fā)動機熄火。故障排除:發(fā)動機怠速過低;閥板中的鎖止控制閥卡滯;擋位開關有故障;輸入軸轉速傳感器有故障。
4、 After shifting gears, the engine is prone to stalling when idling. When the engine is running at idle, shift the shift control lever from P or N position to R, D, 3, 2, or 1 position to turn off the engine; When driving in forward or reverse gear, the engine stalls when the brake pedal is pressed to stop. Troubleshooting: Engine idling too low; The locking control valve in the valve plate is stuck; The gear switch is faulty; The input shaft speed sensor is faulty.
五、自動變速器無鎖止汽車行駛中車速、擋位已經(jīng)滿足鎖止離合器起作用的條件,但鎖止離合器仍沒有產(chǎn)生鎖止作用,并且汽車油耗很大。故障排除:自動變速器油溫度傳感器故障;節(jié)氣門位置傳感器有故障;鎖止電磁閥故障或線路短路、斷路;鎖止控制閥故障;液力變矩器中的鎖止離合器損壞。
5、 The speed and gear of an automatic transmission without lock up have met the conditions for the lock up clutch to function during driving, but the lock up clutch has not yet produced a lock up effect, and the car consumes a lot of fuel. Troubleshooting: Automatic transmission oil temperature sensor malfunction; The throttle position sensor is faulty; Lock solenoid valve malfunction or short circuit or open circuit in the circuit; Lock control valve malfunction; The lock up clutch in the hydraulic torque converter is damaged.
六、汽車無發(fā)動機制動汽車行駛時,當換擋操縱手柄位于前進低(3或2、1)位置時,松開加速踏板,發(fā)動機轉速降怠速,但汽車沒有明顯減速;汽車下坡時,換檔操縱手柄位于前進擋,但不能產(chǎn)動機制動作用。故障排除:擋位開關調整不當;換檔操縱手柄調整不當;二擋強制制動器打滑或低及倒擋制動器打滑;控制發(fā)動機制動的電磁閥有故障;閥板有故障;自動變速器打滑;
6、 When the car is driving without engine braking, when the shift control lever is in the forward low (3 or 2, 1) position, release the accelerator pedal, and the engine speed drops to idle, but the car does not slow down significantly; When the car is going downhill, the shift control lever is in forward gear, but it cannot produce engine braking effect. Troubleshooting: Improper adjustment of gear switch; Improper adjustment of the shift control lever; Second gear forced brake slipping or low and reverse gear brake slipping; The electromagnetic valve that controls engine braking is faulty; The valve plate is faulty; Automatic transmission slipping;
