自動變速器故障原因:液壓油油面太低或太高,運轉(zhuǎn)中被行星排劇烈攪動后產(chǎn)生大量氣泡。離合器或制動器摩擦片、制動帶磨損過甚或燒焦。油泵磨損過甚或主油路泄漏,造成油路油壓過低。
Reason for automatic transmission malfunction: The hydraulic oil level is too low or too high, and a large number of bubbles are generated during operation due to violent agitation by the planetary gear. Excessive wear or burning of clutch or brake pads or brake bands. Excessive wear of the oil pump or even leakage of the main oil circuit can cause low oil pressure in the oil circuit.

Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
1. 檢查自動變速器內(nèi)有無液壓油。其方法是:拔出自動變速器的油尺,觀察油尺上有無液壓油。若油尺上沒有液壓油,說明自動變速器內(nèi)的液壓油已漏光。
1. Check for hydraulic oil in the automatic transmission. The method is to pull out the oil dipstick of the automatic transmission and observe whether there is hydraulic oil on the dipstick. If there is no hydraulic oil on the dipstick, it indicates that the hydraulic oil in the automatic transmission has leaked completely.
2. 檢查自動變速器操縱手柄與手動閥搖臂之間的連桿或拉索有無松脫。如果有松脫,應予以裝復,并重新調(diào)整好操縱手柄的位置。
2. Check if the connecting rod or cable between the automatic transmission control lever and the manual valve rocker arm is loose. If there is looseness, it should be reinstalled and the position of the control handle should be readjusted.
3. 拆下主油路測壓孔上的螺塞,起動發(fā)動機,將操縱手柄撥前進擋或倒擋位置,檢查測壓孔內(nèi)有無液壓油流出。
3. Remove the screw plug on the pressure gauge hole of the main oil circuit, start the engine, move the control lever to the forward or reverse gear position, and check if hydraulic oil flows out of the pressure gauge hole.
4.若主油路側(cè)壓孔內(nèi)沒有液壓油流出,應打開油底殼,檢查手動閥搖臂軸與搖臂間有無松脫,手動閥閥芯有無折斷或脫鉤。若手動閥工作正常,則說明油泵損壞。對此,應拆卸分解自動變速器,更換油泵。
4. If there is no hydraulic oil flowing out of the pressure hole on the main oil circuit side, the oil pan should be opened to check for any looseness between the manual valve rocker arm shaft and rocker arm, and whether the manual valve core is broken or unhooked. If the manual valve is working properly, it indicates that the oil pump is damaged. In this regard, the automatic transmission should be disassembled and the oil pump replaced.
5.若主油路測壓孔內(nèi)只有少量液壓油流出,油壓很低或基本上沒有油壓,應打開油底殼,檢查油泵進油濾網(wǎng)有無堵塞。如無堵塞,說明油泵損壞或主油路嚴重泄漏,對此,應拆卸分解自動變速器,予以修理。
5. If only a small amount of hydraulic oil flows out of the pressure measuring hole in the main oil circuit, and the oil pressure is very low or basically no, the oil pan should be opened to check if the oil pump inlet filter screen is blocked. If there is no blockage, it indicates that the oil pump is damaged or the main oil circuit is severely leaking. In this case, the automatic transmission should be disassembled and repaired.
6.若冷車起動時主油路有一定的油壓,但熱車后油壓即明顯下降,說明油泵磨損過甚。對此,應更換油泵。
If there is a certain amount of oil pressure in the main oil circuit when starting a cold car, but the oil pressure drops significantly after heating up the car, it indicates that the oil pump is severely worn. In this regard, the oil pump should be replaced.
7.若測壓孔內(nèi)有大量液壓油噴出,說明主油路油壓正常,故障出在自動變速器中的輸入軸,行星排或輸出軸。對此,應拆檢自動變速器。
If a large amount of hydraulic oil sprays out from the pressure measuring hole, it indicates that the main oil pressure is normal, and the fault is in the input shaft, planetary gear or output shaft of the automatic transmission. In this regard, the automatic transmission should be disassembled and inspected.
