自動(dòng)變速箱打滑是自動(dòng)變速箱的常見(jiàn)故障之一。而自動(dòng)變速箱漏油是造成自動(dòng)變速箱打滑的前期原因。

There are oil seals and gaskets on the connecting parts of the hydraulic control system, which are the places where oil leakage often occurs. The oil leakage of the hydraulic system will cause the pressure drop of the oil circuit, and the oil level drop will cause the automatic transmission to slip. The parts of automatic transmission prone to oil leakage shall be inspected one by one. To sum up, there are seven reasons for automatic transmission slipping.
1.自動(dòng)變速箱油面太低

自動(dòng)變速箱打滑故障,總的來(lái)說(shuō),都可以通過(guò)自動(dòng)變速箱油位與品質(zhì)來(lái)分辨。如自動(dòng)變速箱油位過(guò)低,但無(wú)雜質(zhì),則查找漏油處進(jìn)行修 復(fù)故障基本可排除;如自動(dòng)變速箱油位過(guò)高,無(wú)雜質(zhì),調(diào)整自動(dòng)變速箱油位,故障基本可排除;如自動(dòng)變速箱油呈棕黑色或有燒焦味,則應(yīng)拆解變速箱,排查是否內(nèi)部零件(摩擦片、制動(dòng)帶等)存在磨損。
Generally speaking, the slip fault of automatic transmission can be distinguished by the oil level and quality of automatic transmission. If the oil level of the automatic transmission is too low, but there are no impurities, the oil leakage can be found and repaired, and the fault can be basically eliminated; If the oil level of automatic transmission is too high and there is no impurity, the fault can be basically eliminated by adjusting the oil level of automatic transmission; If the automatic transmission oil is brownish black or has burnt smell, disassemble the transmission to check whether the internal parts (friction plate, brake belt, etc.) are worn.
