故障診斷:到奧迪服務(wù)站進(jìn)行檢查,通過(guò)診斷儀診斷,自動(dòng)變速器控制單元無(wú)故障碼,動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)流也沒(méi)有異常。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)檢測(cè),顯示正常。所有車身電路用診斷儀檢測(cè),顯示正常。在電路沒(méi)有故障的情況下,只有懷疑機(jī)械和油路兩個(gè)方面的問(wèn)題。首先選擇更換閥體總成,路試后故障現(xiàn)象依舊沒(méi)有改變。提出更換自動(dòng)變速器總成,車主覺(jué)得難以接受。于是到傳星自動(dòng)變速箱進(jìn)行維修。

從機(jī)械元件工作表可以看出,2擋升3擋時(shí)B1制動(dòng)器要泄油,K2離合器要供油,如果B1延遲泄油會(huì)發(fā)生沖擊,如果K2提前接合也會(huì)發(fā)生沖擊,兩種可能性其中存在一個(gè)。再分析4擋升5擋沖擊,是K1離合器要泄油,K2離合器要供油,在此出現(xiàn)第二次升擋沖擊又有K2參與,懷疑K2提前工作的可能性要大一點(diǎn)。再看6擋降5擋沖擊,是B1泄油,K2供油,在此又出現(xiàn)K2,懷疑K2提前接合的可能性更大。再看4擋降3擋沖擊,是K3泄油,又是K2供油。故障目標(biāo)應(yīng)該鎖定在K2離合器,但是還要分析引起K2離合器工作不正常的原因到底是在油路還是在機(jī)械方面?按照先易后難的方法,從油路方面分析,油路是受自動(dòng)變速器控制單元控制的,如果自動(dòng)變速器控制單元不提前控制工作,油路是不會(huì)自動(dòng)提前供油的。也就是說(shuō),該車油路控制只會(huì)延遲不會(huì)提前(油路太臟會(huì)引起閥桿運(yùn)動(dòng)延遲)。把自動(dòng)變速器拆卸分解,發(fā)現(xiàn)K2離合器活塞的錐形回位彈片斷裂。
From the mechanical components worksheet, it can be seen that when shifting from 2nd gear to 3rd gear, the B1 brake needs to drain oil and the K2 clutch needs to supply oil. If B1 delays draining oil, there will be an impact, and if K2 engages early, there will also be an impact. There is one of the two possibilities. Further analysis of the impact of shifting from 4th gear to 5th gear shows that the K1 clutch needs to drain oil and the K2 clutch needs to supply oil. In this case, there is a second upshift impact involving K2, and it is suspected that K2 may have started working earlier. Looking at the impact of shifting from 6th gear to 5th gear again, it is B1 leaking oil and K2 supplying oil. Here, K2 appears again, and it is suspected that K2 may have engaged earlier. Looking at the impact of downshifting from 4th gear to 3rd gear, it's K3 leaking oil and K2 supplying oil. The fault target should be locked in the K2 clutch, but it is also necessary to analyze whether the cause of the abnormal operation of the K2 clutch is in the oil circuit or in the mechanical aspect? According to the method of "easy first, difficult later", from the perspective of oil circuit analysis, the oil circuit is controlled by the automatic transmission control unit. If the automatic transmission control unit does not control the work in advance, the oil circuit will not automatically supply oil in advance. That is to say, the oil circuit control of the vehicle will only delay and not advance (too dirty an oil circuit can cause a delay in valve stem movement). Disassembling the automatic transmission revealed that the conical return spring of the K2 clutch piston was broken.
由于錐形回位彈片斷裂,兩塊固定錐形彈片的卡片都掉在兩邊。由于K2離合器活塞泄油時(shí)沒(méi)有彈片幫助活塞回位,K2離合器摩擦片就沒(méi)有間隙,潤(rùn)滑油進(jìn)不到K2離合器摩擦片表面,摩擦片干摩擦后燒片。又由于K2離合器片沒(méi)有間隙,供油時(shí)K2離合器馬上就接合;沒(méi)有緩沖,造成升擋降擋都沖擊,掛倒擋時(shí)也有沖擊。故障目標(biāo)確定,隨進(jìn)行更換,完成后反復(fù)試車,故障排除。

Identify the target of the fault, replace it immediately, and conduct repeated testing after completion to eliminate the fault.
