自動(dòng)變速箱故障分析:技師檢查自動(dòng)變速器油(ATF),發(fā)現(xiàn)油量正常,無異味。根據(jù)現(xiàn)象判斷,是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)動(dòng)力不足造成自動(dòng)變速器不易升檔。用VAG1552故障閱讀儀檢測發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)電控系統(tǒng),調(diào)到故障碼00561,含義為混合氣調(diào)整超過極限。將故障碼清除后,重新起動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),調(diào)得的故障碼依舊??赡芤鸫斯收洗a的原因有:一是燃油壓力低;二是空氣流量傳感器信號數(shù)值有誤;三是炭罐電磁閥卡死;四是排氣系統(tǒng)泄漏;五是噴油器堵塞。經(jīng)檢查,燃油壓力正常,進(jìn)、排氣系統(tǒng)無漏氣現(xiàn)象。做完發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)免拆清洗和節(jié)氣門體清洗后,清除故障碼,再次起動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),未調(diào)到故障碼。讀取數(shù)據(jù)流,各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)正常。然后進(jìn)行路試,故障現(xiàn)象仍然存在,沒有好轉(zhuǎn)跡象。
Automatic transmission fault analysis: The technician checked the automatic transmission fluid (ATF) and found that the oil level was normal without any odor. Based on the phenomenon, it is determined that insufficient engine power is causing the automatic transmission to be difficult to upshift. Use the VAG1552 fault reading device to check the engine electronic control system and set it to fault code 00561, which means that the mixture adjustment exceeds the limit. After clearing the fault code and restarting the engine, the obtained fault code remains the same. The possible causes of this fault code are: firstly, low fuel pressure; Secondly, there is an error in the signal value of the air flow sensor; Thirdly, the carbon canister solenoid valve is stuck; Fourthly, there is a leakage in the exhaust system; The fifth issue is fuel injector blockage. After inspection, the fuel pressure is normal and there is no leakage in the intake and exhaust systems. After completing the engine non disassembly cleaning and throttle body cleaning, clear the fault code and restart the engine, but do not adjust to the fault code. Read data stream, all data is normal. Then a road test was conducted, and the fault still existed without any signs of improvement.

該車選用的自動(dòng)變速器型號為01N,當(dāng)ATF溫度高于148℃時(shí),自動(dòng)變速器會(huì)自動(dòng)切換至下一個(gè)低檔位,以加大自動(dòng)變速油的流動(dòng),降低油溫,避免自動(dòng)變速器因過熱而損壞。而ATF溫度過高時(shí),自動(dòng)變速器電控單元并不記憶故障碼,只有通過讀取數(shù)據(jù)流才能發(fā)現(xiàn)。
The automatic transmission model used in this car is 01N. When the ATF temperature exceeds 148 ℃, the automatic transmission will automatically shift to the next lower gear to increase the flow of automatic transmission oil, lower the oil temperature, and avoid damage to the automatic transmission due to overheating. When the ATF temperature is too high, the automatic transmission electronic control unit does not remember the fault code and can only detect it by reading the data stream.
將該車用舉升機(jī)升起,檢查自動(dòng)變速器油底殼,感覺其溫度并沒有像故障閱讀儀顯示的那么高。將發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熄火靜置2h后,再次用VAG1552故障閱讀儀檢測ATF溫度,發(fā)現(xiàn)還是160℃,而此時(shí)ATF的實(shí)際溫度只有40℃左右。懷疑ATF溫度傳感器出現(xiàn)故障。將自動(dòng)變速器油底殼拆下,拆下自動(dòng)變速器扁平線束,用萬用表測量ATF溫度傳感器的電阻,檢查其阻值是否隨溫度變化而正常變化。經(jīng)檢測,ATF溫度傳感器正常(20℃時(shí),其電阻值約為0.25MΩ;60℃時(shí),約為49kΩ;120℃時(shí),約為7.5kΩ)。當(dāng)用萬用表直接從扁平線束的連接器相應(yīng)端子處檢測ATF溫度傳感器電阻時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)該數(shù)值始終不隨溫度變化而變化,而是固定在2kΩ不變。據(jù)此判斷扁平線束損壞。
Raise the car with a lift and check the automatic transmission oil pan. It feels that the temperature is not as high as displayed on the fault reading instrument. After turning off the engine and letting it stand for 2 hours, the VAG1552 fault reading instrument was used again to check the ATF temperature, and it was found that it was still 160 ℃, while the actual ATF temperature at this time was only about 40 ℃. Suspect that the ATF temperature sensor is malfunctioning. Remove the oil pan of the automatic transmission, remove the flat wire harness of the automatic transmission, measure the resistance of the ATF temperature sensor with a multimeter, and check if its resistance changes normally with temperature. After testing, the ATF temperature sensor is normal (at 20 ℃, its resistance value is about 0.25M Ω; at 60 ℃, it is about 49k Ω; at 120 ℃, it is about 7.5k Ω). When using a multimeter to directly detect the resistance of the ATF temperature sensor from the corresponding terminal of the flat wire harness connector, it was found that the value did not change with temperature, but remained fixed at 2k Ω. Based on this, it is determined that the flat wire harness is damaged.
