自動變速箱(at)是指液壓自動變速箱。它是由液力變矩器、行星齒輪和液壓控制系統(tǒng)組成的自動變速箱。傳動扭矩是通過液壓傳動和齒輪組合來實現(xiàn)的,傳動效率低,功率損耗大。因此,這種自動變速箱耗油較多。但由于變速箱通過液壓傳遞扭矩,沖擊小,傳動平穩(wěn)。
Automatic transmission (AT) refers to a hydraulic automatic transmission. It is an automatic transmission composed of a hydraulic torque converter, planetary gears, and hydraulic control system. Transmission torque is achieved through a combination of hydraulic transmission and gears, with low transmission efficiency and high power loss. Therefore, this automatic transmission consumes more fuel. But due to the transmission of torque through hydraulic pressure, the impact is small and the transmission is smooth.
無級變速箱由兩個直徑可變的傳動輪和中間套筒上的傳動鋼驅(qū)動。CVT可以實現(xiàn)大范圍的無級變速,從而獲得傳動系統(tǒng)與發(fā)動機工況的佳匹配。因此,從理論上講,它所能帶來的燃油經(jīng)濟性是好的。然而,CVT的鋼帶傳動效率無法與傳統(tǒng)的手動齒輪傳動機構(gòu)相比,不能說它是省油的傳動。由于鋼帶強度的限制,變速箱不能用于大扭矩的傳動,因此發(fā)動機扭矩較大(大于300nm左右)時不適用。
The continuously variable transmission is driven by two variable diameter drive wheels and a drive steel on the middle sleeve. CVT can achieve a wide range of continuously variable speeds, thereby achieving a good match between the transmission system and engine operating conditions. Therefore, theoretically speaking, the fuel economy it can bring is good. However, the steel belt transmission efficiency of CVT cannot be compared with traditional manual gear transmission mechanisms, and it cannot be said that it is an fuel-efficient transmission. Due to the strength limitation of the steel strip, the gearbox cannot be used for high torque transmission, so it is not suitable for high engine torque (greater than about 300nm).
雙離合器變速箱以手動變速箱為基礎(chǔ):雙離合器自動變速箱由軸驅(qū)動,傳動部分由行星齒輪驅(qū)動。動力傳動原理與傳統(tǒng)的手動變速箱相同,傳動效率高,機械損耗小,但變速箱的控制比手動更精確,所以對于普通人來說,雙離合器變速箱當(dāng)然比手動變速箱更省油,它具有經(jīng)驗豐富的老司機,手動控制比自動控制更精確。在這種情況下,手動控制比DSG更省油。實際上,DSG是技術(shù)含量高、綜合性能和經(jīng)濟性優(yōu)越的變速箱。
